THE BIG MATCH 2017
The Big Match is a Charity Football Event and family fun day that raises money for Action for Children and The Brain Tumour Charity. It is made up of a Hat Trick of individual events. The Big Match Kidz, The Big Match and Extra Time the after party.
The day will be packed full of family fun and things to do. Starting with The Big Match Kidz session in the morning, children aged between 5 and 15 can take part in a free coaching session run by The Millwall Community Trust’s professional and qualified coaches. There will be ex professional footballers offering advice and tips around the groups. All we ask is that each child has a go at some fundraising and hit’s a target of £50 which will go directly to the charities through their very own online Virgin Money Giving Fundraising page.
Following The Big Match Kidz will be the main event, The Big Match where teams made up of Public players, Celebrities and Ex pro’s will battle it out for the prestigious TBM Shield. If you'd like to play, please download the application form below. Who will you be cheering for Action for Children or The Brain Tumour Charity?
Finally the day is capped off with our glitz and glamour Extra Time event. Previous years have seen Suzanne Shaw and Gareth Gates present an evening of entertainment to show great support and raise money for Action for Children and The Brain Tumour Charity.
